Minor Drywall Repair (Nail Pops / Small Damage, texture included) — $125–175

Small Patch (up to 6” x 6”) — $250

Medium Patch (up to 12” x 12”) — $350

Large Patch — Quote

• Apply compound and sand smooth

• Blend with surrounding surface

• Texture match as needed (included)

Multiple Patch Pricing (Same Unit / Same Visit):

• Bundled pricing available for unit turns and punch lists

Toilet Installation & Replacement

Toilet Installation — $275 + materials
Includes new supply line, standard installation, and testing.

Toilet Reset (New Seal + Base Reseal) — $150
Includes removal, wax ring replacement, flange height check, reinstall, and base caulking.
Supply line not included.

Minor Adjustment — $85
Includes shimming and tightening to stabilize the toilet. No removal required.

Installation and replacement of common bathroom fixtures including vanities, faucets, lighting, mirrors, and outlets.

• Leak and flow testing

• Water supply shutoff and plumbing disconnection
